CT Tags and Snags for Tammy's Welt with her kit "Party Time" and tube "Sandra"

Here we have a new kit by Tammy's Welt called 

"Party Time" PTU this kit comes in a palette of 

blues, golds and black, with 98 elements and 8 papers,

I used a tube also by Tammy's Welt called "Sandra"

she comes in 20 layers with beautiful colors to match
